Quote-request information

When you send a quote request, DJC uses the contact and facility information you provide to respond and discuss the requested service. The form uses spam protection and an email delivery provider to route the request and acknowledgment. Submitting an inquiry is separate from choosing optional website analytics; you can decline analytics and still use the form.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Denver Janitorial Company uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand website visits, improve navigation and measure initial quote inquiries. Clarity provides behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session recordings. These services receive website usage information such as pages visited, browser/device details and interactions.

Neither optional service loads until you select Allow optional analytics in the footer. That choice applies to both Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. An earlier choice covering Clarity alone does not enable the expanded setup. Selecting Decline optional analytics stops their loading; declining after allowing reloads the page. Browser Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off. You can use the website and request a quote without allowing optional analytics.

We configure Google Analytics without Google signals or advertising-personalization signals. We send analytics storage consent to Clarity and deny its advertising storage consent. These controls cover these two optional services; they do not change the pre-existing Google Ads tag or other website services.

Quote attribution and confirmation

We retain referral and marketing campaign details within the current browser session to include the original source and landing page with an inquiry you choose to submit. We retain only selected campaign parameters rather than all URL parameters. Session details expire after 30 minutes of inactivity or when browser session storage is cleared.

After the form handler successfully processes a quote inquiry, a confirmation cookie lasts up to five minutes. It contains a random confirmation ID, time and form-page path, not contact details. This helps distinguish a processed inquiry from simply viewing a thank-you message. If optional analytics is allowed, we can record an initial lead event without sending your name, email, phone number or free-text inquiry to Google Analytics.

Form information and your choices

Clarity masks input and dropdown values by default. We also mark forms and status messages for masking. Optional analytics is excluded from unlisted forms and internal pages. Please do not put sensitive personal information in website addresses or campaign parameters.

Your optional analytics choice is saved in this browser until changed or cleared. If your browser cannot save the choice, optional analytics stays off. Information deliberately submitted through our forms is handled separately so we can respond to the inquiry.
